Kubuntu!
I’ve just installed the ‘Kubuntu” version of Linux on a test machine. It’s the KDE desktop version of Ubuntu. It’s the same as Ubuntu Linux but with the KDE desktop instead of Gnome. The new version (4) of KDE coming soon (today is 2008.03.08). If you’re interested in Linux you should do a search on it. I wouldn’t be able to really do justice to describing it other than it’s an open source operating system. The exact same kernel is under the desktop and is devoloped by the same people. The screen shots below are of some of the things I’ve set up. If you click on the pictures they’ll open up with a full size version of the same picture so you can see a bit more detail.
